Thomas' confirmation dinner
Yesterday Thomas celebrated his confirmation. In the morning we all attended his ceremony in the Sandnes Culture House. The ceremony lasted for over an hour, with speeches, live music and a presentation of all the students. All the students got a diploma and a rose. Thomas' confirmation was a non-religious one, thus the course he has been attending for the last 6 months have focused on human rights, ethics, your own free will and social issues.
After the ceremony we had a party at home, where we dined seventeen people for four hours. Afterwards we hung out in the yard or just sat around and talked for a couple more hours. We all had a great time, and Thomas actually appreciated one whole day of attention!
