Proper winter

Finally a cold winter again. Snow for weeks - even in Sandnes. Today is another cold, bright day. The only problem is that it's been 3 weeks since the last snowfall. Which is a little bit sad since there is a little bit too little snow in the mountains. Especially down-hill skiing is best when there is some fresh snow on top of the icy sole of the hill.

We've done a lot of day-trips to the mountains this winter, even a few evening trips. Our favorite place, Bjørnestad, (www.bski.no) has lights, and stays open until nine every night.
