Christmas Day
We had the whole Haaland gang to our house on Christmas day. Knut made a traditional dinner of a pork roast, sauerkraut, cooked prunes, potatoes and a delicious sauce. Here Thomas is serving the drinks to Arnlaug, Tore, Jorunn and Frank.
Here we see the newest member of the Haaland family. Little Amailie is sitting between her mother, Siril and her grandmother, Jorunn while the father, Frank smiles at us from the left. Bjørnar, the proud uncle is in front.
Here Knut is cutting up the pork roast. Note the crispy crust the roast has. Yummy!
