Skiing in the dark

Wednesday night at Bjørnestad. Thomas, Linda and I, all alone in the ski hill the whole evening. There was even a layer of new snow to bask in when we arrived. Cold, clear and quiet evening made perfect downhill skiing at our favorite resort.

I took off work somewhat early, so we arrived at Bjørnestad at 5:30 PM. We skied until just past 9, only interrupted by a small break to eat our food. As it got dark, the conditions improved a lot. It is so much easier to ski by artificial light than by normal daylight, I'm sure Jenni and Trent would agree to that.
Linda drove most of the way, and we arrived home around 10:30 PM, hungry and tired. Great way to spend a Wednesday evening!
