Linda in Svalbard - Visiting Polargirl

Yesterday I was on a boat, Polargirl, to the Russian settlement in Svalbard, Barentsburg. This was practice placement for the class I'm taking here :-) on the way we visited a glacier, and on the way back we saw the bird mountain - the greenest hillside on Svalbard due to bird droppings!!
