Linda on Svalbard - Shooting Training

We're leaving for a glacier trip tomorrow morning, and as we miiiiight meet polar bears, we have to be trained in using rifles and flare guns ahead of time. We got to practice loading and half loading the rifles, maintenace and of course shooting. I did pretty well considering it was my first time, but it will be good to get some more practice. We spent the rest og the day talking about how to behave around bears, and how to avoid meeting them - so we should be safe this week :-)
