Some morning!

I came up to the cabin alone this weekend since Knut is on a ski trip with 5 other guys. Friday was still bright and sunny and it was a beautiful evening here. I called Aud Jand and Morten to hear if they were here. Morten was alone so we planned to go skiing Saturday.
Saturday arrived, cloudy, windy and snowy. Still we had a nice hike doing the Øyarvatn round. The hard snow was covered with a nice layer of new, soft snow making the skiing so much easier.
That evening the wind picked up and it snowed lots and lots. This morning I awoke to a valley covered in fresh snow and it was so quite out there that I could hear someone far down in the valley shoveling their porch. I started doing the same and am now ready for a nice breakfast. The ditch Knut carved out of the ice behind the cabin this Easter was filled with snow, so that job took a while. Hungry now :)
