Yep it rhymes. Therese stayed with us for almost a week, arriving on a tuesday and leaving monday morning. Even though Rebecca and I had to go to work we got to spend a lot of time together in the evenings and in the weekend. Therese also spent a day with my parents, sightseeing Stavanger.
Saturday was a gorgeous day - cold, clear and no wind. After watching Linda playing handball in the morning, we took off into the mountains. At Gilja we had a great overview of Frafjord, with the fjord coming in and the snowcapped mountains in the background.
After lunch at Byrkjedalstunet we drove to Gloppedalsura, and then all the way out to the coast, to the beach at Orre. We managed to get down to the beach at sunset, and watched the sun go down in the ocean. Quite neat.
In the evening we had Bacalao, but only after enjoying beers and aquavita by the fireplace.
Sunday we had the whole clan over for turkey dinner, and celebrating Thomas' 15th birthday.
For us it was a big treat to have Therese here, thanks for coming :)
