We came in to downtown London like late Thursday evening. Lovely to meet Patti and Cornell again, seems like too long ago that we spent time together. We all met at the local pub, Brad, Trent's brother was also there, and we had a good time both catching up and getting to know each other. Just before midnight Ryan arrived, so we cought up with him as well.
Friday we got up early and had breakfast at the hotel. Mardee, Ricky, Carolyn, Tali, JC and the Haglands were also there, and there was much rejoice :-). Afterwards we went over to Jenni and Trent's place, and handed over the presents. They live in a really nice flat in South Kensington. At noon Gab joined the party, and we all headed up to Ascot by train. From there we picked up a cab to Penny Hill Park.
What a cool place. Great location and great facilities. Also, of course, the same great people that we met in London. The rehersal dinner in the evening was superb. Relaxed atmosphere, great food and a beautiful table. The service wasn't half bad either, and Ryan and Gab talked to the sommelier for a couple of hours after the meal was finished.

Saturday was the big day. We took it easy in the morning, hanging out with Patti, Cornell, Ryan, Mardee and Ricky most of the day. The ceremony started at four, and not long after the vows were made and everybody was happy. A great couple and an extrodinary setup. Before dinner we hung out outside, sipping Champagne and eating hors d'ouvres.
The wedding dinner and the wedding party was super. Amazing speeches by the Hagland's and Tali, and then a beautiful poem by Cornell, brought out tears to our eyes, and then the dinner was served. A great meal of course, and we were located at the coolest table with Carolyn, Mardee and Ricky.
After the dance we were too full to eat the last course, so we stumbled off to bed somewhat before one AM.

Sunday morning we had a great breakfast together, before we all cried and said good bye. What a great wedding. Certainly worth all the planning that must have been put into it, and most important of all: A worthy celebration of two super people: Jenni and Trent.
