Saturday morning, Thomas, Rebecca and I met Ragnar and Kjetil at Høle. Together, we took the ferry to Songesand, half ways down Lysefjord. From Songesand, we hiked up to Songesand Fjellgard, a tourist cabin in the middle of Daladalen. The hike was scenic and easy to walk, as most of the trail was on a road. On the way we picked a load of mushrooms, piggsopp and kantarell, a great treat before dinner.

When we got to the cabin it was empty, later in the evening we were joined by Steve, an avid hiker from England.

The next day we hiked to the end of Daladalen, to Fyljesdal, where we were picked up by a taxi service that took us down to Lysebotn. From there we took the ferry back to Høle.
The weather was nice and warm the whole weekend, not much sun but no rain either. Hiking with Ragnar and Kjetil is really great - they love it as much as we do :)
